COMPETITION FORMAT
The competitions follow a shortened sprint orienteering format and are held entirely or almost entirely indoors.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
The series consists of four stages, held during winter 2025–2026.
Exact locations and daily schedules will be published well in advance of each event.

STAGE 2 - 21.01.2026. - Loviisa
STAGE 3 - 28.01.2026. -Loviisa
STAGE 4 - 4.02.2026. - Porvoo
CATEGORIES
Women

W JUNIORS – Girls born in 2010 or later

W OPEN– Open women category, no age limit

Men
M JUNIORS – Boys born in 2010 or later
M OPEN– Open men category, no age limit

ENTRIES
Registration is available online no later than 23:59 on the day before the event. Early registration helps event organisers with preparations.
Late registration is available on-site at an increased fee.

ENTRY FEES
JUNIOR category – 5 €

All other participants – 11 €
On-site registration fees: 10 € / 16 €
Full series discount: When registering and paying for all four events before 9 December 2025 at 23:59, participants receive a 10 percent discount.
Entry fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another stage.
START AND RUNNING ORDER
Competitors may stay only in designated waiting areas before their start.
Previewing the course in advance is not allowed.
Participants start individually with the permission of the start official. The start official ensures that competitors do not start together and that sufficient time gaps are maintained between starts.
Each participant completes TWO courses at their own convenient time within the scheduled start window.
COURSE AND CONTROLS
Control points must be visited in the sequence shown on the map.
Typical winning time for each course is 10–15 minutes.
Some indoor areas will include taped maze sections.
Jumping or climbing over tapes is strictly forbidden — violations lead to disqualification :´(.
FINISH AND RESULTS
After finishing, competitors must read their Emit card to record their time.
Results will be published online after each event.
SCORING AND PRIZES
In each stage, the winner is the competitor with the lowest total time over two courses.
Points are awarded as follows:
1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 8 points
3rd place = 6 points
4th place = 5 points
5th place = 4 points
6th place = 3 points
7th place = 2 points
All other competitors with a valid result receive 1 point.
Overall standings are calculated from the competitor's best three results out of the four events.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Only indoor shoes are allowed inside the buildings. Please respect the property!
Toilets are available at the competition centre.
Warm-up runs should be done outside the building with different shoes!
Please be mindful of other participants. Be especially careful in corners, stairways and narrow corridors to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
Participation is at your own risk. The organiser does not provide insurance for participants and is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the event.
By registering for the event, participants accept that photos and videos taken during the competition may be used for marketing, and that their name may appear on start lists and results. If you prefer not to be shown, please contact us and we will take care of it for you.
